New York, Peabody Award Ceremony, Waldorf Astoria (Hudson will stay at Chelsea Hotel while having this New York experience.). THMF won the award for Lex Gillespie's Rockabilly radio series, "Whole Lotta Shakin," featuring Rosie Flores as emcee, a chapter in Hudson's new book.

YRC Conference in Monterey California, followed by Monterey Bay Blues Festival. BB King headliner, also wrote introduction in Hudson's first book on Texas songwriters.

Hudson will be attending the Dylan/Willie Nelson/John Cougar Mellancamp ballpark concerts in Round Rock, Corpus Christi, and Grand Prairie. Other Texas gigs for this tour include August 2 in Houston, and August 8 in Lubbock. Hudson loved Dylan and Willie!
